Denny Bond received the PWCS Member's Award at the Philadelphia Watercolor Society 117th Anniversary International Exhibition of Works on Paper.

Denny Bond received the Donor Award from the National Watercolor Society 97th International Open Exhibition in San Pedro, California. The International Open Exhibition is held in the Fall and is open to all current members as well as non-members. This Exhibition is juried by three highly qualified jurors plus one specially chosen Awards Juror. The juried show includes both cash and merchandise awards, $40,000+. Artists whose paintings are selected for the show are invited to submit additional samples of their work for evaluation and acceptance into NWS as a Signature member.

Denny Bond's painting, Once Upon A Time, has been featured in November issue of The Art Of Watercolour. The focus of the article is the composition of the painting. Each aspect is analyzed by the editor of the magazine, Janine Gallizia. The December issue of The Art of Watercolour will also include several pages of Bond's work.

Denny Bond won the Winsor Newton Award at the International Watermedia 2015 Pikes Peak Exhibition held at Colorado Springs Library 21c, Colorado Springs, Colorado. International Watermedia 2015 is the biennial open, juried exhibition of the Pikes Peak Watercolor Society. It represents original works by local, national, and international watermedia artists. Denny Bond received the Gold Award in the Baltimore Watercolor Society 2015 Mid Atlantic Watercolor Exhibition. The exhibition, held at the Blackrock Center for the Arts in Germantown, Maryland, runs from June 3, 2015 through July 1, 2015. Gallery hours are Monday through Saturday 10 am to 5 pm.

Denny Bond of East Petersburg, Pennsylvania received the Watercolor U.S.A. Honor Society Award of Excellence for his watercolor, Electrolux 1949, in the 2015 Springfield Art Museum Watercolor USA Exhibition.

Denny Bond's painting ‘Illusion’ was awarded The Claborn Family Award (depiction of people) in the 6th annual Signature American Watermedia Exhibition. The Exhibition is open to any artist who holds at least one signature membership in a national watercolor society.

Denny Bond won the Waterworks Gibson Silver Medal in the Baltimore Watercolor Society's 2014 Mid Atlantic Watercolor Exhibition held at the Arts Program Gallery at the University of Maryland University College in Adelphi, MD. The event starts on June 15, 2014, and closes on August 24, 2014.

Denny Bond received the Kenneth Schuck Memorial Award at the 2014 Watercolor USA Exhibition held at the Springfield Art Museum in Springfield, Missouri. Watercolor U.S.A. 2014 is a national competitive exhibition sponsored by the Springfield Art Museum, Springfield, Missouri, since 1962. The primary purpose of the exhibition is to recognize and encourage water media painting.
